Team training · learn by shipping

Your team already uses AI. Train them to get real work out of it.

Right now your people are pasting company information into whatever chatbot they found first, with no method, no standards, and nothing that compounds. A build week changes that: your team ships working automations for your own processes, learns a repeatable method, and your company keeps the playbook.

01 · The problem with AI training

Lectures do not change how anyone works

Most corporate AI training is a slideshow about the future: impressive for an afternoon, forgotten by Friday. Meanwhile the real risk grows in the background. Staff improvise with public tools, sensitive data going where it should not, and forty different personal workflows that leave when their owners do.

We train the other way: by shipping. No lectures-for-the-sake-of-lectures. Your team builds automations for the processes they actually run, with their own hands, and every one of them works before the week ends.

02 · The build week

One week, real deliverables

Scoped to your processes

Before the week begins, we map the tasks your team spends the most hours on. The training material is your own work, not a generic case study.

Everyone ships

Each person builds a working automation for a task they own: drafting, reporting, follow-up, data entry, research. Built with them, not for them, so the skill stays when we leave.

Rules of the road

A practical governance sheet in plain language: which tools are approved, what data may never leave, when a human must check the output. Shadow AI ends because sanctioned AI works better.

The playbook stays

Everything the team builds is documented into a company playbook: prompts, workflows, tool choices, and the method for building the next one without us.

THE BUILD WEEK, FROM ABOVE · TEN SEATS MAX · EVERYONE SHIPSPLAYBOOKCOACHEACH SEAT SHIPS ANAUTOMATION IT OWNS
The week from above: each seat builds an automation for a task it owns, the coach stays at elbow height, and the playbook in the middle of the table is what your company keeps. A design illustration, drawn in code.
03 · Who it serves

Built for working teams, not engineers

No coding experience required. Operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, leadership, anyone whose week is full of repeatable work. Up to ten people per cohort, delivered on-site or remote, in your time zone. The coders among your team simply go deeper, faster.

Training is delivered with Next Builders Lab™, our education arm, using the same learn-by-shipping method its builders use, and held to the same standard as every Orvantis engagement: if the week does not leave your team measurably faster at real tasks, we have not done our job.
