What actually counts here
We weigh evidence over titles. A market you opened, a client you kept, a community you genuinely activated: something you can point at and say you made it happen. Years in a seat tell us far less than one specific thing you moved.
Every application asks for two short written answers. They matter more than the CV, and we read them first.
The terms, stated up front
Four of these are commercial roles paid on commission. Each of those postings sets out its own structure in full, along with the three-month initial contract and what it takes to progress into a longer agreement. Read that section before you spend time on an application, and write to us if anything in it is unclear.
Commission on those four is calculated on eligible collected revenue and paid after client funds are received and cleared, according to the schedule in your written contract. Clients who stay on recurring contracts keep earning while you continue to look after them, so the income builds rather than resetting each month. The Campus Ambassador programme works differently and carries no commission: what it offers is leadership experience, free access to programmes other people pay for, an experience letter, and priority consideration for future roles here.
